Recently, Davon Barbour, President & CEO of the Downtown Development District, presented our plan for cleanup, repair, maintenance, security, and homeless outreach to the New Orleans City Council ‘Quality of Life’ Committee. He was accompanied by DDD Chair Gregory Curtis and Director of Finance & Administration, Anthony Carter.
