On Wednesday, September 10, Downtown Development District was proud to host its informative and engaging 2025 Downtown NOLA Mayoral Forum, taking place at the Pan American Life Center’s 11th Floor Conference Centre on Poydras Street.
The public forum brought together leading mayoral candidates, State Senator Royce Duplessis and Councilmember Oliver Thomas, to answer questions from moderator Norman Robinson regarding their individual perspectives on the future of Downtown New Orleans.
Forum topics included the role of DDD in baseline City services, perceptions of local crime and cleanliness, the revitalization of Canal Street, and more.
