William Bradshaw II

Treasurer

Will is the co-founder and CEO of Reimagine Development Partners, which addresses the capital challenges faced by high-impact, smaller-scale real estate development projects. Their current products focus primarily on monetizing the federal historic tax credit for transactions under $20 million in total development cost and making investment in those same tax credits available to a wider range of taxpayers. Prior to launching Reimagine, Will was co-founder and CEO of triple-bottom-line development firm Green Coast Enterprises, which he started in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. In that role, he helped develop roughly $100 million of real estate projects for Green Coast.

He also teaches real estate at Tulane University, where he has taught since 2008. In this capacity, he was one of the founding faculty members for the first Sustainable Real Estate Development program launched in the United States, which began accepting Masters students in the 2010/2011 school year. In the last 16 years, he has educated roughly 300 real estate developers, who now practice across the United States.

Will has been named an Echoing Green fellow, a distinguished Alumnus of Davidson College, and a Champion of Change by President Obama. Will holds a Ph.D. and two Masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an A.B. with Honors in Cross-Cultural Studies from Davidson College.
