Miles Tully Jr is the Vice President of Hospitality for Caesars New Orleans.
With over a decade of hospitality experience in the food and beverage industry, Miles has overseen some of the most well-known establishments in New Orleans. From 2006 to 2011, he served as an Operations Manager for BRG Hospitality, working at Restaurant August, Luke, and La Provence while helping the BRG team expand two restaurant operations to eight. In 2012, he joined Barcadia as the General Manager, where he refined the venue into a premier nightclub in the Warehouse District. His hard work and dedication met great success, and he later oversaw the expansion of the Barcadia brand.
Miles attended the University of New Orleans, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism. He returned to UNO earning a Master of Business Administration degree in 2022. In the same year, he spearheaded the opening of the Caesars Sportsbook, a venture that has proven immensely successful. Under his guidance, the casino Beverage Team achieved positive cash flow for the first time, showcasing his remarkable strategic vision and management skills.
In 2023, Miles continued to elevate the casino’s hospitality offerings by opening a celebrity food hall in the early spring, followed by the successful launches of Emeril’s and Petite Brasserie in the late fall. His ability to innovate and execute projects with precision has been instrumental in enhancing brand reputation and driving growth in the businesses he has worked for.
Miles and his wife, Elle, are proud parents to two pugs, Paisley and Piper. In 2023, their family joyously welcomed their newborn son, Tucker, into the world. You can find Miles on the golf course if he isn’t working or spending time with his family. Miles is also an active member of the community, serving as a member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and the ForeKids! Foundation in addition to his role as DDD Commissioner.
