Human Resources Coordinator

Lisa Mckee is a long-time New Orleanian with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources.  

After spending a few early years in Washington D.C., she made her final return to Louisiana in the early 1970s. Attending Southern University with a Business Administration focus, she began her pivot towards a dedicated Human Resources career focused in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism arena.  

Having worked 10 years as a Human Resource manager at The Home Depot, her expanded work experience also includes Mississippi River paddleboat companies, boutique hotels, and casinos. Lisa has managed all aspects of Human Resources functions in Louisiana and one remote distribution center in Arizona; her Human Resource expertise includes hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, conflict resolution. and benefits administration for both large and small companies. 

 Lisa is eager to share her Human Resource passion and knowledge to inspire, improve and motivate teams and businesses.  

Outside of her work, Lisa is an art enthusiast, poetry writer, passionate Saints fan, blockbuster movie lover, and appreciates the beauty of Japanese Art and Anime.
