Dajuantae “Dae” Riggins serves as the Staff Accountant for the Downtown Development District. She is responsible for managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Collection, and Procurement of the Agency Portfolio.
Dae specializes in finding discrepancies within data, but her first love is Accounting & Finance. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA with a Finance concentration.
Prior to joining the DDD, Dae worked as a Rating Service Veteran’s Representative for the Veteran’s Benefit Administration, where she analyzed years of complex information to determine disability entitlement. Before her role as RSVR, Dae served as an Accounting Assistant then moved up to a Management Development Analyst at the New Orleans City Hall. In this role, Dae took on many responsibilities, including approval of city fund transfers, benefit allocation, and data set analysis.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and cooking.
