Six Black Mardi Gras Indian Queens of New Orleans must heal their communities of violence, drugs, and emotional pain while protecting the legacy of an age old tradition as leading women within a male dominated secret society. Featuring a trailer for the documentary followed by an original performance by Queen Reecie & Co, “If you don’t like what the Big Queen says…” featured in the film.
