The NOPD Mobile Crisis Unit is in need of mental health technicians to volunteer their time to help individuals suffering from mental health illnesses in our community. The NOPD’s Mobile Crisis Unit is a division of civilian volunteers who work in coordination with the Crisis Intervention Team to help assist and transport those persons who are possibly suffering from a mental illness including suicidal behavior.
