The Downtown Development District’s Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing and meeting on and to adopt the 2020 Millage and Annual Budget & Work Plan Thursday, October 24 at 3:00pm at the Pan American Life Center (601 Poydras St.) in the Bayou Room located on the 11th Floor.
