DDD is hiring for two positions in the Finance & Administration Department.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue collection, and procurement for the Agency portfolio.  The successful candidate:

  • Assists in the month-end closing process, journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and analyzing variances.
  • Supports the preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Agency policies.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Conducts revenue analysis as needed as well as trend analysis, and monitors/reports sales activity.

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and administration support.  This position functions as an administrative assistant and provides assistance to employees, applicants, and visitors.  The successful candidate:

  • Analyzes hiring and promotional practices to ensure that the DDD is in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Develops a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
  • Develops training materials and coordinates employee learning programs.
  • Processes payroll bi-weekly by collecting, entering, and auditing data.
  • Assists in administering the DDD office, facility management and related activities.
