Couvant Now Open After Two-Year Hiatus

Couvant, a Downtown restaurant that closed in the COVID-19 pandemic, says it will reopen its doors March 17 with breakfast and dinner service. It plans to expand to lunch and brunch later in the year. Ryan Pearson, executive chef, described their new menu as “elevated French cuisine infused with Southern soul.”
