Frank Zumbo is Area General Manager of the New Orleans Marriott, where he oversees operations for this 1,333 room convention hotel as well as four other full service Marriott properties in the city.
With 38 years of Marriott experience, Frank has held a variety of leadership positions across multiple brands throughout the country. These include General Manager roles in Oklahoma City, Miami, Orlando and New Orleans. Frank has also been influential in above property leadership positions as a former Regional Vice President of Operations for Marriott’s South Central and Western Regions.
Deeply engaged in the local community, Frank serves as a Commissioner and Treasurer for the French Quarter Management District and serves on the Board of Directors of both New Orleans & Company and the Greater New Orleans Hotel Lodging Association.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Iowa State University. Originally from New York, he is a passionate supporter of all New York sports teams, but you’ll also find him cheering for the Saints like any proud local.
