The Condos located at 1000 St. Charles Ave were completed and converted in 2003 into upscale condos. The four story building has the parking garage on the first floor with most of the units on the second and third floors with Penthouse size units on the top floor with terraces.
All the units are two bedroom and two baths and are at least 1300 sq. ft. The units feature 13 foot ceilings, large windows, larger than normal bedrooms and garage parking on the first floor. The kitchens feature granite counter tops and stainless appliances and are nicely designed.
