The Sugar Plantation, located at 840Tchoupitoulas in the heart of the New Orleans Warehouse District, was a 2005 project that was a renovated, 3-story warehouse that maintained the exterior brick veneer, but is essentially new construction. The renovation included four buildings that were offices and warehouses. Named the Sugar Mill because this was a site of a former Sugar Mill over a hundred years ago. It has the old character which people want in the warehouse district plus the new things you receive in a new conversion. Energy efficient AC/Heat units plus all new mechanical systems.
