Belmont Commons, LLC and 925 Common Luxury Apartments are pleased to announce the imminent opening of their first retail tenant, The Rooster Club, Barbers of New Orleans. The Rooster Club is a full-service, upscale men’s barbershop, which will occupy 1,800 square feet at 925 Common Street across from the Wyndham – Baronne and Moxy hotels.
An announcement of a 6,500+ square foot destination restaurant tenant at the corner of Common Street and Roosevelt Way is coming soon. One 2,000+ square foot retail space remains available. The sidewalk improvements to facilitate the street retail expansion were completed in participation with the DDD’s Sidewalk Enhancement Grant program.
