REpurposingNOLA, the trendy eco-friendly handbag, clothing and home accessory line, will celebrate the Brand Shop’s 1st Anniversary on August 2nd. Known for serving up sultry guy-candy window dressing at the most highly attended ARTWALK events, REpurposingNOLA’s founder, Traci Claussen has fond memories of her shop opening White Linen Night 2013. “Last year, we needed to control the flow of people into our shop; we are not a gallery, we have merchandise everywhere! To make it worth our guests’ time, we wanted to give them something fun,” remembers Claussen. “The image of the brand is me looking sultry with a bag in my lap, I wanted to flip the script, put a guy in the hot seat. The ladies, even guys, LOVED IT. So, now it’s what we do. And then some.”
At this year’s White Linen Night, guests will enjoy open bar of Bubbles + HIS/HER summer cocktails and other treats as well as REpurposingNOLA’s complete fall collection. A patron party is scheduled to begin at 4pm and a VIP event at 6pm. RepurposingNOLA is located at 604 Julia Street, Suite 101.
