Situated at the gateway between the Downtown Development District and Uptown New Orleans along historic St. Charles Avenue, the vision for a redeveloped Harmony Circle is to create an active and attractive public space for all who live in and visit New Orleans. This project supports the DDD’s mission to drive the development of Downtown New Orleans and be the catalyst for a prosperous, stimulating, innovative heart of Crescent City.
Notice is hereby given that a Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services for the Harmony Circle Redesign Project will be received by the Downtown Development District of the City of New Orleans (DDD) located at 201 Saint Charles Ave, Ste. 3912, New Orleans, LA, 70170 until February 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM, central time.
