A TRUE FLOW FOR ALL led by the Footprints To Fitness krewe! Stretch & Flow is a breath-based Hatha practice that brings Balance, Strength and Flexibility to the body and mind. Each class will focus on a theme, build core strength, and address common complaints in the hips, back, and shoulders. Modifications are given making this practice both accessible and challenging for all yogis, from beginners to intermediate skill levels. Smiling and letting go of your stress is highly encouraged. Footprints to Fitness programming is provided by the Downtown Development District of New Orleans & Arts New Orleans with funding by the Southwest Airlines Heart of the Community grant. |
