A Block Party in the 500-600 Blocks of Julia Street with vendors, music and live painting demonstrations! Gallery 600 Julia is hosting Carol Hallock, North Shore artist, “Swamp and Circumstance”. Hallock’s art is termed loose realism and takes inspiration both from Bayou Lacombe where she lives and from New Orleans. Music by the New Leviathan Fox Trot Orchestra! Show runs the month of April.
